      I think there are no pros to be honest.

      Cons

      This list is extensive. Where do I begin? Horrible horrible Top Management. Toxic culture. A company that doesn't care about their clients or employees. The boss msges a crazy hours and even on the weekends. Boss is so ridiculous that he even controls whether we can drink sugared drinks in the pantry.

      Pros

      Pantry and employee benefits are good thats all.

      Cons

      Upper management is poor in communicating with employees. Toxic and a selfish hot headed boss. Likes to disturb staffs during weekends/ph and non working hours. Likes to use harsh words to staffs. Likes to compare staffs/teams and demoralize staffs. Force staffs to leave if we don’t take up the extra work.
