One of the worst companies to work for

Pros

-Interesting experience in a property marketing company -The company paid for socials, although this was selected by one or two people who chose what they wanted to do, without considering what others would like.

Cons

-Toxic working environment -Most of them were horrible people to work with. All they did was gossip and make others feel insignificant. -Unprofessional dress code, a bit too casual but this reflects in the same way the people at this company behave. -Heavy workload, non stop calls and emails like a call centre type of environment. -No HR - The managers think they are HR and have no idea how to resolve issues or prioritise staff wellbeing. -No diversity or culture -No career opportunities to progress -No work/life balance -The"positive" reviews on here are written by current employees who are the problem in this company.

Pros

1. Good social (if you make the socials yourself, you won’t get invited to full time Christmas and summer parties) 2. Flexible

Cons

1. They will forget to pay you 2. If they remember, you won’t be paid for the extra hours you’re there because of the slow computers or if you’re asked to stay on later to help, you won’t be paid unless you chase up the hours you’ve worked. 3. Will forget when you ask for time off and will forget to put you back on shift after your AL. 4. Not paid for AL or sick leave 5. Computers are slow, but that’s your fault. 6. Share key cards to the building, so have to wait outside in the rain during the winter if someone is late and you’re on the early shift. This is due to the company not wanting to pay for keycards for staff.

Pros

Flexible hours, like-minded people, skills experience, casual dress,

Cons

Below-par pay, not paid for overtime, full-timers treat you like you're invisible, retouchers not seen as part of the company- they are not included or invited to social events, they don't like to spend a penny more of their budget on the processors. Very divided.
