      Pros

      Some of the girls were very sweet, the clients companies had great products, influencers videos were fun to review and give feedback on.

      Cons

      Like everyone else on here said, “mean girl attitude” one person in particular who will be training you, refused to train or give any help when asked. They only trained for ONE DAY… I’ve never been left high and dry like this by any company- regardless of agency or not. It’s a recipe for the new hire to fail. Work load was given immediately after training, was too much even with an “assistant” The expectation for finding influencers was 60+ per company per day. This is extremely unrealistic unless you pay for a service that finds you talent.

There was a lack of organization and inefficient workload management, which made it difficult to prioritize tasks effectively. The team also tended to overpromise to clients, creating additional pressure to deliver under tight timelines. Additionally, the leadership style could be challenging, as it often came across as overly self-focused and difficult to collaborate with.

      None, at all. High employee and client turnover rate. Very scammy processes. Unprofessional. Mean girl bullies.

      Cons

      Everything is a con, it's like prison. Low pay, bad benefits, toxic.
