Fully remote company which has No culture nor diversity at all. Internal cross departmental meetings get cancelled and rescheduled over and over last minute, and compulsory town halls to attend twice a week with cameras turned on no matter which part of the world you are in, where the content of the meetings doesn’t concern everyone and is basically just the CEO micromanaging and could be just a channel announcement on Teams. Join for the money and if you like to do pretty meaningless work on a very basic platform and a lot of manual spreadsheet updates and files flying around in Teams because their tech stack is a facepalm situation. They have deleted negative comments here before too.
