Nothing - as everything was fake. Smoke & Mirrors.

Cons

TOXIC WORKPLACE. TOXIC MANAGEMENT. TOXIC DIRECTORS. They place profit over people always. Constant revolving door. Constant lies. Throwing people under the bus. Stabbing others in the back. Managers care more about their own neck and don't know how to manage. They also lie to clients just to get work.
