      It really felt like you were a part of a team here. The people were all great, the work was interesting, and the location was nice too. They have done a really great job of creating a culture.

      The open office layout is not ideal for people who prefer quiet work spaces, but that's what the company issued noise cancelling headphones are for!

      A smaller team that works great together, with clearly defined processes and a very supportive team culture!

      Cons

      Working fully remote gets lonely sometimes, but the annual team meet up really helps to bond the team and help you feel connected.
