      Worst work environment I've experienced. Stay away.

      Pros

      The Raleigh office is nice. Salary was fair.

      Cons

      The last review for this company was in 2018. A lot changed since then. The CEO is known for profanity-filled temper tantrums directed at employees. Upper management is disorganized, distrustful, and speaks poorly about developers. No one seems to know what direction the company is going. Employee turnover rate was extremely high. The company has around 30 people and at least one person quit every month. I felt bad for new employees entering into the chaos. I write this review to warn others before considering employment here.

      Pros

      Have an impact immediately by the changes you make. Great mission - to reduce carbon footprint for the industrial sector. Really smart engineers whom are listened to greatly. Using the latest and greatest tech.

      Cons

      Typical startup challenges, but is not your typical startup. This company is ALOT better than other startups I have worked at. They place an importance on work/life balance and developing a great culture.

      Competitive benefits, opportunity for remote work, flexible schedules, and great office environment. Ability to contribute to company growth/goals starting day one, and every role here is highly visible (meaning tons of opportunity for career advancement)!

      Cons

      Typical process that may normally be lacking at a startup is continuously being created & iterated on. Some may see this as an opportunity though!
