Pros
has a great list of clients that are fun to work with and give opportunities to do some fun out of the box design. Nice variety of print versus online. Great if you want to learn the ins and outs of printing and setting up files properly for production.
Cons
some of the processes used could be looked at to find more streamlined, less time consuming ways of dealing with day to day work flow and better ways to quickly communicate with team members other then constant back and forth emails. Needs a better on boarding process for getting new employees trained for their position, so they can eventually do their job with out being micro-managed.
