Pros

Good people, good offices, nice coffee machine

Cons

The codebase is poorly maintained (the worst that I have ever seen), compensation is below market, and the workload regularly exceeds standard hours without overtime pay. Advancement opportunities are limited—it’s difficult to get promoted, as the company prefers to hire German tech leads/managers rather than promote or train long-standing and high-skilled foreign employees. For engineers: accept this position only if you URGENTLY need employment and are prepared for minimal growth and recognition. If you care about long-term career progression, it’s well worth investing a few additional weeks in your job search—your future self will thank you.

Pros

SaaS for impact which seems useful (but only few colleagues can have access to it) Nice office International company

Cons

no team spirit after departure. Most of the ex colleagues do not say good bye after the job contract is ended. The company does not behave well. The company takes advantage of your skills and network and then dump you. The strategy had not been defined well. You need to ask again the compensations despite you had signed for.
