low wage, long working hours, stressful environment

I could not think of any pros.

Cons

I worked full-time for more than 3 years. - very low wage, even lower than contract (received 34K, Contract said 42K) - long working hours, need to carry a pager for phone inquires from customers, midnight work - very stressful and busy environment, experienced power harassment - no job training at all, need to learn by looking at your boss and google all day long - no career plan in the company. - frequent turn over, people just leave

not that i can think of.

Cons

zero training, no training manuals, no respect from management, no pay holiday for engineer, negative comments you hear from management or your own boss, no trust with management, blame management mistakes to non management employees, turn over is less than 6 months and HR issues involve labor office.

Cons

You have to deal with many emotional employees. HR does not have a power to change or improve the office culture. Low wage. Power Harassment. Your boss may not train you at all.
