They lack transparency as they don't give you any information to allow you to make a decision if they are the right employer for you. Their HR Department is in California and you are told that if you have a question or issue, you can email them and they will contact you in 24 hours!!! They don't tell you upon hiring that you will be working a contract that may be short term and once that contract is over, you may or may not have a job. I found out after the fact that the job offer will be a huge cut in pay, something that they should let you know prior to accepting the position. Tons of IT problems. No structure. Adolescent behavior. Personal belongings are stolen. Dishonesty, they accept short term contracts from other companies and I have been told they have monies in hand. Due to their major IT problems they are always asking if anyone wants to take VTO/Voluntary Time Off which is unfair that they are asking you to do that when it is their fault due to their IT. I felt this place is a huge scam!!!

Everything !! For $11.00 an hour you are beaten down, managers and supervisors SCREAM at you and everyone else with no respect for the member on the phone. You are written up if you don’t get elderly people to accept paperless they have no clue of the clientele they serve. Managers and supervisors or coaches depending on the day are the worst people ever to manage a center they are after their almighty bonus and will do anything to get it ie write you up, yell at you and beat you down. Please people do not work for this company. The company changed its name from Teletech to ttech due to legal actions being taken against the company. They must believe all employees have no brain or talk management and the company is a joke. If you have kids be prepared they don’t care, your schedule will change with no notice or respect to your kids or obligations but please know management walks out the door at 5 to get their kids
