Pros
There are definitely interesting technical challenges to be picked up. The Development team is capable and well run, unlike most of the rest of the company. A lot of the coworkers are really nice.
Cons
Top management is completely out of their depth. In the past year for about 60 employees in HQ, management hired 40 new people on top and they all have decided to leave (about 8 were fired due to lack of funds). The company is very unorganized, there is a re-shuffling of the teams and departments every 2-3 months. Compensation is not very competitive for Copenhagen. And a lot of work for a lot of my colleagues is repetitive and consists of manual tasks which should not be the case in a software company, but top management doesn't want to make the life of the existing employees much easier and only looks for features that will help boost the revenue figures.
