Pros
Nothing, it's chaotic generally, doesn't feel like a company, no even papers or contracts.
Cons
Worst management, chaos inside, they don't respect employees, and HR people don't know anything about HR or how processes should be done, salaries are late with 10 days or more and they don't notify with policies of deductions which makes public rage inside the environment.
