At this year’s AIR Communities Kick-Off, President of Property Operations Keith Kimmel and Senior Vice President Beth Harmon announced the winners of AIR’s annual Drive for Five drawing—an exciting tradition where two teammates (one from the East and one from the West) with at least five years of service are awarded a brand new car! This year’s lucky winners: 🔹 Brandon, a Service Manager in the West 🔹 Luisa, a Community Manager in the East We’re thrilled to share that both Brandon and Luisa have officially hit the road in style! Brandon chose a bold blue Chevy Silverado, perfect for tackling the road ahead. Luisa selected a sleek Hyundai Tucson—equal parts sporty and sophisticated. We’re thrilled to celebrate the grand opening of Avana, an upscale comfort food eatery located just steps from Park Towne Place in Philadelphia. This incredible new addition is more than just a restaurant—it’s a vibrant gathering place and a shining example of what happens when community and opportunity come together. Park Towne Place’s General Manager and Regional Property Manager recently joined Avana owner Felicia Wilson and a host of city leaders, including Mayor Cherelle Parker, for a VIP grand opening celebration. Mayor Parker expressed her thanks to AIR Communities for creating such a beautiful, welcoming space for Avana to thrive in the heart of the Parkway neighborhood. “We are all about building community,” Park Towne Place’s General Manager shared. “Avana is a stunning space with incredible food, and we look forward to it becoming a neighborhood staple for years to come.” A huge thank you to our Philadelphia team for being such incredible stewards of the community—we’re proud of all you do!

This Earth Day, we’re proud to share progress from our latest Corporate Responsibility Report: ✅ 79% of our portfolio is now certified as sustainable ✅ We've achieved a 23% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions intensity compared to our 2019 baseline These milestones reflect our ongoing Corporate Responsibility Goals, which include reducing energy and water use, increasing energy efficiency, transitioning to renewable energy sources, and creating environmentally friendly and efficient buildings and operations. Our efforts benefit not just the environment, but our teammates, partners, residents, and communities—because sustainability and good stewardship are essential to building a brighter future together. In the wake of the devastating Los Angeles area fires earlier this year, Pasadena Humane has been a vital force in helping displaced pets across Los Angeles County—and AIR Communities is proud to support their continued recovery efforts. Last week, AIR’s Executive Vice President Didi Meredith and Southern California Vice President of Operations Adam Schultz visited Pasadena Humane to present a donation of $8,865, raised by our incredible AIR teammates. $6,450 was raised during this year’s Operations Kick-Off event - nearly doubling our previous Kick-Off donation record! – while the rest came from Give With Gusto, AIR’s matching program for teammate volunteering. The check was presented to Julie Nakahara, Pasadena Humane’s Special Events Manager, who gave Didi and Adam a behind-the-scenes look at how these funds will directly support animal care and relief. This donation brings AIR’s total direct support for LA fire relief to $11,406. We’re incredibly proud of our Southern California team and the entire AIR Communities organization for creating moments that matter.
