🚴♂️🌳 Peachtree Park Residents Get a Front-Row Seat to the Atlanta BeltLine! 🌳🚶♀️ Exciting things are happening for our AIR Communities residents at Peachtree Park Apartments in Atlanta! Peachtree Park is set to become part of the vibrant, 22-mile Atlanta BeltLine network as the trail system expands into the Buckhead neighborhood. This pedestrian and bicycle trail will connect residents to a vibrant mix of recreational spaces, parks, jobs and destinations across the city. For the past 15 years, the BeltLine has been a dream in the making, bringing trails, green spaces, and multimodal access to Atlanta’s neighborhoods. Construction of the Northwest Trail Segment 1, which runs through Peachtree Park, is now underway—an exciting milestone that will enhance mobility and community for all who live here. We are especially excited about the signature suspension bridge that will cross over Peachtree Creek and create a picturesque landmark within the Beltline’s extensive trail system. 🌟 AIR Communities Fallunteer Weeks: Giving Back with Purpose 🌟 As part of our AIR Gives Fallunteer Weeks campaign, we challenged our teams to consider: What is one way you can take initiative to support a cause near and dear to your heart? 💙 The response was incredible! In Denver, our team packed 600 bags of food at the Food Bank of the Rockies, totaling 3,000 pounds of food that will provide 2,500 meals to those in need. 🥫🍞 Meanwhile, our Chicago team was at the Northern Illinois Food Bank, packing over 7,200 pounds of food, resulting in more than 6,000 meals for local families this holiday season. 🍽️ Volunteering is a reminder that no one makes it through life alone. Witnessing our teams volunteer their time so that families can pick up their weekly meals has been inspiring to say the least. These moments reinforce our commitment to the power of giving and the importance of fostering empathy and kindness in our future generations. On October 21st, AIR Communities joined in celebration for the grand opening of Ravel & Royale, the first building at Strathmore Square in North Bethesda, Maryland. This luxury development, managed by AIR, features two beautifully designed buildings and offers 220 apartment homes. Developers Fivesquares and Aimco hosted the event, which marks the first milestone in creating a vibrant new neighborhood near Grosvenor Metro Station. The six-phase Strathmore Square will eventually be a 2.2 million-square-foot cultural hub. The neighborhood features a 1.25-acre community park at the center and in the future will offer approximately 2,200 residential units and 60,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.
