Royal Crest Nashua Delivers Over 200 Toys to Kids in Need! Our amazing team at Royal Crest Estates – Nashua is spreading joy to New Hampshire kids in need by ensuring they have toys to enjoy. "Make-a-Wish reached out to us for help with a shortage of toys this year," Nashua’s Community Manager and AIR Gives Ambassador has expressed. "We knew our residents and team would step up to fill the shelves. Together, we collected over 200 toys—Legos, art supplies, dress-up clothes, games, a giant stuffed bear, gift cards, and more—to help fulfill future wishes." She added, "In 2024, Make-a-Wish New Hampshire granted their 2,000th wish, and we are honored to be part of making future wishes come true!" Through mentorship from experienced AIR service leaders, participants gain valuable insights in technical skills, leadership, communication, systems, processes, and technology. To graduate, participants demonstrated mastery in skilled trades like Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Apartment Turns, Appliance Maintenance, and grounds/amenities upkeep. They also showcased their proficiency in our operations systems and processes and developed leadership skills such as training others and leading stand-ups. 🏔️ AIR Team Hits the Slopes for Colorado Kids! 🎿❄️ Cutting through fresh powder is great for your health, and it's even better when you can do it for a good cause. That’s exactly what more than 20 AIR teammates did recently at Winter Park's Mary Jane Mountain during the 26th Annual Jane-a-Thon! This charity ski and snowboard event, hosted by Invest in Kids, helps raise funds for at-risk children in Colorado. AIR Communities proudly participated in the event to support this amazing nonprofit, which is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of children in need. Our teammates had a blast on the slopes while also making a difference in the lives of kids who need it most. 🎉 Exciting News from AIR Communities! 🎉 The votes are in, and we are thrilled to announce that Humane World has been selected to receive $15,000 raised by teammates who volunteered last year through our AIR Gives Give with Gusto matching program! Formerly known as the Humane Society, Humane World is dedicated to building a safer world for animals both in America and globally. Their work with local shelters, especially in markets where AIR operates, is vital. Recently, they’ve been focused on rescue and rehabilitation efforts for animals displaced by the devastating Los Angeles fires. 🐶❤️ In addition to this donation, 150 of our teammates contributed their sweat equity to do even more good through Give With Gusto. All in all, over $36,000 was donated to 28 incredible organizations, with $11,406 specifically allocated to support LA fire recovery efforts. 🌟 A huge thank you to everyone who volunteered, allocated their hours, and cast their votes. Your commitment makes a lasting impact. Together, we're making the world a better place for both people and animals! 🌍💙
We are thrilled to announce that Keith Watkins, Service Manager at Foxchase in Alexandria, VA, has been honored with the Humberto Award! The Humberto Award was named in honor of a beloved Service Manager, Humberto Rodriquez, who passed away in 2015. Keith has truly set the bar at Foxchase, the largest property in AIR's portfolio, with 2,113 units. Under his leadership, customer satisfaction scores have skyrocketed! This accomplishment speaks volumes about his dedication to providing exceptional service and creating moments that matter for our residents.
