Making meaningful connections and chasing your dreams - you can do it all at APM! Stacy Grgich is a People & Culture Business Partner at APM, based in Perth, Western Australia. While she finds a great deal of fulfilment in her work and the meaningful relationships she creates across the business, Stacy's long-held dream was to become a self-published author! With support and encouragement from APM, Stacy realised her ambition earlier this year, publishing The Silly Frog - a fun bedtime read for children under five. At APM, we recognise that our people enjoy a life outside of work and empower them to build flexibility and autonomy into their role where possible. We also understand the important connections between their personal, family, and work responsibilities and offer support through initiatives such as the APM Family Hub and Employee Resource Groups that help to shape our focus on equity, diversity and inclusion. Hear more from Stacy on her journey to becoming a self-published author below - we are so proud of you!
