At APM, we never let our employees run out of juice 🍊 Our teams always aim to work and live by the following ICREATE values: 🔸 Integrity 🔸 Customer focus 🔸 Respect 🔸 Empathy 🔸 Achievement 🔸 Teamwork 🔸 Enthusiasm Our General Manager, Michael McBride and Social Committee (Kristann Cicolini, Lucinda Sweet, Kaytlin Brown and Shana Randall) came up with an idea to live out our ICREATE values AND have a little fun. "As we have Client Service Officers that service the contracts across the APM Group it is important for us to have 'come together' days. This is where our Social Committee comes in to create this environment for our teams. The Pop-Up ICREATE Juice bar came as an idea to reward the staff for their constant application of the ICREATE values on a day to day basis." Here is Kristann Cicolini blending up her favourite smoothie recipe.

In August we hosted the inaugural North West Tasmania Disability Employer Awards for over 100 Employers, Staff and Clients. APM's DES Employer Awards is just another example of how we like to engage with the community around us. Not only did we fill the room with colour, but we also filled it with inspirational stories and comradery. Made possible by our Business Managers, John Klug and everyone involved, for us, it's a night to reflect on the important work we do to change people's lives.
