  • Celebrating NAIDOC week at Capgemini Australia. Voice-Treaty-Truth. Check out the NAIDOC Awaken artwork, by Kaurna and Narungga woman Charmaine Mumbulla. "Early dawn light rises over Uluru, symbolising our continued spiritual and unbroken connection to the land. The circles at the base of Uluru represent the historic gathering in May 2017 of over 250 people from many Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander nations who adopted the Uluru Statement from the Heart. Our message, developed through generations, is echoed throughout the land: hear our voice and recognise our truth. We call for a new beginning, marked by a formal process of agreement and truth-telling, that will allow us to move forward together."

  • Our final session of Women’s Circles wrapped up in Sydney last week with an intimate gathering. This was part of a series of 6 circles across Sydney and Melbourne, held by our Social Innovators practice, partnered with Salesforce. Thanks to Salesforce matching the sum of funds raised, we donated $3300 in total towards ygap's YHer initiative, which empowers emerging women leaders to help their community through social entrepreneurial projects in global regions that need it the most. Huge thank you to facilitator Katherine Cunningham Victoria Plaksin and Jane Hardwicke Collings for guiding our participants on eye-opening, soul-warming conversations to celebrate the magic of women supporting women. #architectsofpositivefutures #womenatcapgemini
