Our campuses in Melbourne and Sydney were designed according to the principles of Lean Thinking and Lean Design, which are very important here at Eurofins: all our Permanent Improvement Programmes are designed with stakeholder value in mind, while minimising any waste of time or resources. By taking these principles into account from the early stages of laboratory construction, we allow our teams to focus on activities that really deliver value to our customers: quality and service. Our main challenge is to find a balance between the lab’s technical needs and potential future expansion, while keeping the workplace as flexible as possible.
