Since Glassdoor was founded, we have been focused on driving transparency in the workplace: salary transparency in particular has been a cornerstone of what we offer. And we continue to believe that increasing workplace transparency is our biggest opportunity to create positive change in and out of Glassdoor. Today, we are excited to progress forward on transparency by sharing salary ranges for all roles at our company. We are also going a step further with our senior executive team and sharing their individual base salary. The ultimate goal of salary transparency is two fold: we want to continue to hold ourselves accountable, and we want to create societal change by inspiring employers around the world to take action to reach greater pay equity. With greater workplace transparency, we empower people with the right information so that they can make the right decisions for their careers.

Hispanic Heritage Month honors the long and important presence of Hispanic and Latinx peoples in the United States. It began as a week-long celebration in 1968 until 1989 when it became a month-long celebration. So, this month at Glassdoor, we endeavor to celebrate, educate, and embrace the culture of all Hispanic/ Latinx Glassdoorians across the globe. In addition to celebrating National Hispanic Heritage month, LaFamilia, Glassdoor’s Hispanic and Latinx employee resource group, plans to launch several company-wide events to educate employees on the nuanced beauty of the Latino culture.
