If you visit an Indeed office, you might notice an empty orange chair in our conference rooms. No one sits in it. It represents the job seeker. The chair serves as a reminder that in product and business discussions, someone should be asking: What would the person in that chair think? Does this make their experience better? Our Group Vice President of Product, Vikram Subramaniam, shares how our “job seeker first” principle guides how we build and make decisions. Because when we help people get jobs, we’ve also helped an employer make a hire. Read the full article now.

As March comes to a close, we’re reflecting on an incredible month of celebration and connection for Women’s History Month. Organized by our Inclusion Business Resource Group (IBRG) Women at Indeed (WAI), this year’s events centered around the theme "Give to Gain," a powerful reminder that when we invest in each other’s success, we all rise together. From leadership and resilience to hormonal health at every life stage, our programming covered ground that truly mattered. We were honored to learn from visionary speakers, including Dr. Katriona O'Sullivan, bestselling author and Associate Professor at Maynooth University; former Irish Navy Captain Marie Gleeson, who reminded us that "your network is your net worth"; Cindy Tien, recently recognized as one of SG60’s Most Celebrated Speakers & Trainers by New In Asia; and workplace strategist Erica Keswin, whose insights on relationship-driven cultures highlighted how connection fuels innovation. In partnership with our All Generations Empowered (AGE) IBRG and The Menopause Hub, we also explored practical considerations around menstruation, maternity, and menopause — because a truly supportive workplace acknowledges every stage of life. While we celebrated in offices around the world, the reach of these conversations was truly boundless with Indeedians joining virtually to listen and learn. This is just a glimpse of what our global teams made possible, all in service of a culture where everyone can reach their full potential.
We’re honored to be named one of Fast Company’s 2026 Most Innovative Companies! For us, innovation is not about technology alone. Last week, we announced our exciting partnership with Oracle Red Bull Racing, and Indeedians are still buzzing with energy! For Anja, a National Account Manager based in Düsseldorf, this sponsorship feels especially personal, she keeps a model of Max Verstappen’s 2024 car right on her desk. She shares, "What fascinates me about Formula 1 is how technological precision, engineering, team spirit, and exceptional individual talent come together to create something truly extraordinary." The success of Oracle Red Bull Racing is built on that exact synergy of technological precision, strategy, collaboration, and peak performance. And, it’s deeply connected to our own mission of helping people get jobs. For Anja, that small model car has taken on a whole new meaning. It’s a reminder that when the right talent comes together with the right team, incredible things can happen. We’re excited to bring that energy to life every day at Indeed. Ready to join our team?
