Don't you dread having to go to your stock standard company updates every quarter? Not us! Yesterday we brought our Global team together (many via technology) and spent quality time together, delivering an insightful, action packed, inspiring, fun and inclusive recap on our achievements of the last quarter. Even more important is that, we celebrated! We called out a special group of people from every one of our locations, all who have made a significant contribution to our success and showered them with praise. Remote teams need to feel engaged in the boarder business this is just one of the ways in which we bring our people from across the globe together.
