We’ve listened to our colleagues across the businesses and have outlined our hybrid working plans. These will allow our people around the globe to work a combination of some days in the office and some days at home. The pandemic has forced businesses to change the way they operate on a daily basis. One change that is here to stay is flexible working, as it’s something that’s now expected of employers. At SThree, we’ve made sure everyone has the technology required to successfully carry out their roles remotely. However, with some governments now putting timelines in place for the re-opening of office spaces it’s vital that we’re prepared for what comes next.
