Día Internacional de la Mujer 2026: la década en la que aceleramos una minería más inclusiva 💜 En Teck, creemos que la equidad de género transforma culturas, equipos y territorios. En el Día Internacional de la Mujer, celebramos una década de trabajo sostenido para construir una minería más diversa y moderna, donde las mujeres crecen, se desarrollan y lideran. Durante los últimos 10 años hemos impulsado cambios profundos: 🔹 Crecimos de 16% a cerca del 30% de participación femenina en Chile. 🔹 La presencia femenina en cargos ejecutivos avanzó del 13% en 2021 al 21% en 2025. 🔹 Casi un tercio de las nuevas contrataciones corresponden a mujeres. 🔹 Más de 20 mil trabajadores y trabajadoras fueron capacitados en acoso sexual, laboral y violencia de género. 🔹 Creamos el Centro de Género e Inclusión para los sitios en faena, que ha acompañado y formado a más de 15 mil trabajadoras y trabajadores propios y contratistas. 🔹 Transformamos nuestra infraestructura: en 2024, todas nuestras operaciones ya contaban con salas de lactancia y estándares reforzados de seguridad en campamentos. Hoy reafirmamos nuestro compromiso de seguir abriendo espacios de desarrollo, liderazgo e igualdad para todas las mujeres que impulsan la minería del futuro.

On the eve of International Women’s Day, March 8, a recent HeForShe roundtable event brought together Teck’s senior leaders with the next generation of mining professionals. Their candid conversations around allyship, barriers and what real inclusion looks like will continue to help shape our culture as a member of the HeForShe initiative.
