In this role, you'll:


Work as part of a specialist team delivering capability, learning and accreditation initiatives across Infrastructure Projects and Engineering.


Support the uplift of employee capability, strengthen organisational culture, and contribute to continuous improvement across Rail Fleet Programs and related branches.


You will design, enhance and embed new ways of learning, capability development and accreditation in a complex, safety‑critical rail environment, helping to ensure the workforce is equipped with the skills required to meet operational, regulatory and future‑focused needs.

About you


You will have developed a strong foundation in learning design, capability development and stakeholder collaboration, shaped across transport, rail, infrastructure, education, or other complex operational environments.


Your experience will include deliver high‑quality learning solutions, navigating the challenges of change and continuous improvement, as well as, bringing structured, evidence‑based approaches to building capability.


You’re recognised as a proactive collaborator and credible learning specialist, skilled at translating business needs into practical learning programs, and experienced in supporting curriculum development, leveraging technology, and embedding adult learning principles into real‑world workplace contexts.
