Pros
Great benefits, flexible working arrangements (hybrid, WFH, taking time off, etc.), pay is good, very big company so the ability to move around is obtainable, a lot of well-intact resources to use and learn from, many different types of people to meet and learn from
Cons
Extremely corporate, you spend a lot of time in trainings and listening to useless mandatory webcasts, your quality of work life is only as good as your team is, very standard growth progression (i.e., most people will move up the ladder at the same rate), amount of employees means that you get lost amongst others, easy burnout rates
