Does PwC offer massages?

Pros

Flexibility - can take the odd Friday/Monday off if you're getting all your work done on the other days Health Benefits - very comprehensive (massage, dental etc.) Latitude - Can work across many different projects with varying subject matter Young workforce - great to party and socialize with Intelligent mentors - learn plenty from them Travel/Global opportunities - can move between countries if desired and opportunities to travel for projects are abundant Learning and Development - full reimbursement of professional designations and additional training where a business case can support the training

Cons

Salary - lower than market rates normally, remains lower than market even following promotions Administrative - lots of processes and procedures to follow that are often cumbersome and detract from the working experience e.g. risk management Political - odd cases where doing what's best for the firm or your career may not be what individual partners want

Advice to Management

Communicate and pay your staff based on the value they deliver rather than the cost of labor/cost of living

Does PwC offer dental insurance?

Pros

The company takes good care of its employees. Your interests as an employee are taken into account, and placed first. Benefits for junior employees include healthcare and dental program, bonuses, retirement plans with highly competitive rates, workshops, free snacks and hot beverages in every floor and more. The company's offices are located in high floors that have stuning view in all directions.

Cons

No free parking at site

Pros

Great starting pay with multiple bonus opportunities. Great benefits and programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, wellness program, 401(k), and an additional pension plan that is completely firm funded. They even pay a portion of your student debt each month. Flexible. Can work remotely. Cell phone provided. Company credit card. Extensive 2-week training. Great technology.

Cons

There isn't a work/life balance, late hours and work weekends. The performance review after each audit engagement is subjective and doesn't always reflect the work performed throughout the entire engagement.
