Does PwC offer massages?

Pros

The people. Learning. Culture. Benefits. Activities / events. Work from home (even before COVID). Perks during busy season - free massage, dinner (always) / lunch (depends). The firm is really heavily investing in technology.

Cons

Favoritism. Workload. Mobility to other country is limited.

Does PwC offer dental insurance?

Pros

Great benefits: Health Insurance (Low, medium or high deductible), vision insurance, dental insurance, decent 401(k) with tiny company matching, free phone and PwC will pay for your existing phone bill if you make it your "work" phone.

Cons

No work-life balance, terrible hours, was told I would have to work maybe 16-18 hours/every day including weekends for 6 weeks straight during busy season. But, this is just the nature of public accounting.

Does PwC offer parental leave?

Pros

Great maternity leave and PTO policies, utilization overall is okay, leadership is supportive if you speak up.

Cons

Frequent work during weekends, firms care too much on utilization and budgets.

Does PwC offer life insurance?

Pros

No pros. Only cons. Wrost job. Dont work here. They trick simple people. They cheat all korea. They create fear.

Cons

Zero salary No training No life insurance Die anytime Very bad management No allowance Full government control Work conditions sucks No sex No women No pot

Advice to Management

Shut down company. No one wants to work here.inform UN about what you doing to poor.
