      Baker
      Current employee
      Chaska, MN
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Great coworkers, flexibility with hours, matching 401k up to 6 percent, 10 percent discount, 20 percent discount on produce, Shift Diff at $3.50 until 8am

      Cons

Corporate greed, constantly short staffed, ETL's are hit or miss and only stay a year or 2, usually hands off and all delegation. Hours are always cut but want us to do more work.

      Business outlook

      Pros

$1 night shift differential, limited exposure to customer base, work alone in a team setting

      Cons

Lacks diversity and inclusion (despite training), all teams are understaffed which increases the number if call outs (which puts more stress on everyone that shows up, causing them to call out)

Flexible work style hindered by poor shift scheduling

      Recommend

      Business outlook

      Pros

Managers generally let you do your work how you wanted and at your own pace as long as it got done

      Cons

Terrible shift scheduling, only 8.5 total hour shifts with a 45 minute lunch break ending late at night or starting at 4 AM.

      Target Closing Team Leader

      Closing team leader
      Former employee
      Bethlehem, GA
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Overall, a great job for the pay. Can be very stressful at times, especially during Q4 with increased online orders and metric strain. Great opportunity to connect and build your team.

      Cons

Pressure from the store director and ETL’s can be overwhelming. As closing team leader you’re the only member of management at night and are expected to pick up the slack of the day shift. Online order deadlines for shipment are most of that stress. Work/life balance isn’t the best though, however you do have most weekends off as other TL’s take turns closing on weekends.

      Decent Pay

      Operations manager
      Former employee
      Upper Marlboro, MD
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Shift availability is good and steady

      Cons

Limited growth available opportunities for leaders
