Applied through their website and completed application forms which is the standard CV and questions about the company and why you want to work for them (about me, education, experience, etc.). Followed by a situational judgement test. Final stage was interview at one of their offices.

Interview
Online interview with the geotechnical team leader and the senior geotechnical engineer one will work under. No HR member is present in the interview, although the interviewers will occasionally ask HR questions.
First Stage - Online Application with CV & Cover Letter

Third Stage - Face to face Interview with 2 AECOM senior members of staff
the first round format of interview is 2 in 1. one hr and one technician. the technician will ask four to five technical question such as the definition of concepts. they also ask your personal experience and internship.
