Interview
I applied for a few positions in the local area and was contacted a week after applying. The recruiter called me to talk about my interest and scheduled me for an interview the following week. The team of 3 Program Managers showed interest and I was notified by the recruiter about 2 weeks after that I should be receiving an offer. After I received, reviewed, and accepted my offer, I had to complete background check. Once everything was processed and through I waited a month for everything to get finalized prior to onboarding. Overall it was very length and the process took me about 4 months from applying to starting. They seem to really want to know more about the person than anything and to see if you would be a good fit. The environment was really relaxed and I did not feel stressed at all.

Interview
Contacted by an internal recruiter. Next day was interviewed over the phone by a team of project heads. I was contacted twenty minutes after that interview by the HR recruiter who told me informally they were going to extend an offer. I received an offer sheet about a week later. I responded with my decision about 15 days later.
