Interview
This was via an agency. Apparently Aecom have a preferred recruiting agency. Week one was submitting an updated CV. Week two was acceptance of CV and invitation to interview. Week three was interview
Really smooth and quick process. There was a second interview in person. They let me know within 20 days whether I got the job or not. Pretty happy with the whole process.

What has been the biggest challenge you faced in your role?
