Was advised to apply by someone else in the firm who was tearing their hair out with the responsiveness/ usefulness of the transport planning team. So I approached the dept. head and was asked in for an interview.

Could I hand over my business contacts in China? And if so then if they got work from them, then they "MIGHT"(!!!) make me an offer

1. submit application;
2. interview over the phone;
3. interview over video conference with hiring managers; in the morning it is the oral section (like Q&A session; followed by a written part.
