Interview
Recommended by a friend and submitted a resume. Interviewed over the phone and then met in person to tour the office. Went to lunch with other employees and the manager to discuss work and life. Continued to negotiate by phone and email as some of the requirements were completed and prior to the written offer.
The interview process was 3 interviews over teams and were overall polite and friendly. The interviews were with seniors PMs and they were asking where I would wish to be seconded and what projects I have worked on previously.

Interview
Interview was good, sensible questions that assessed how well you would do at the job. The 2 people interviewing were great and so friendly. Sadly waited 4 weeks for a response and was then told I was unsuccessful.
Interviewed with someone I was already professionally connected to who supported me throughout the hiring process. In my experience it was better to have connections there to get hired. They also valued community/client connections very highly.
