The interview was quite informal and casual. Discussion about career goals and what I want in a role. Had a talk about my background and the company culture. Questions were behavioural and how you would deal with disagreeing with management and standards of scientific practice.

The application process took about 2 months. Steps consisted of the online application, psychometric testing, video interview, Assessment Centre and Individual Interview (3 person panel). Because I undertook mine during the COVID-19 situation, interviews were conducted online. This allowed smaller groups for the AC to be facilitated. People were more open to speak and this allowed for a more comfortable yet slightly risky (should your internet fail) experience.
