Interview questions [1]
Question 1
what is the most difficult project that you have worked on?
It wasn't really an interview as I was headhunted to work for the company. Meeting my team members before I started working was a nice perk. I enjoyed seeing the office before starting.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AECOM (Philadelphia, PA) in June 2016
Interview
I had a phone interview, and it was a good experience. I talked to three people at once and everybody was very nice. They asked about my qualifications and a little bit about my life goals as well, but allowed plenty of time for me to ask questions too.
Two hour interview with six employees over three rounds. The interviewers were very welcoming and gave me both the pros and cons in working for AECOM. Neither materials nor a presentation were required. Bringing a few examples of work were good points of discussion and appreciated.

Question 1
There really was not any hard questions. Questions were mostly about my background and if consulting is right for me.
