The interview felt comfortable, I didnt feel as though I was being interrogated, very simple, asked for my hours, experience, what i think about Aldi, everything you’d expect to be completely and utterly honest with you, the reader
General interview questions. Asked about my previous experiences and skills. Nothing too technical. Just try to be yourself and come across as hard working and personable. Look at their careers page for more guidance.
First stage of the interviews was a group interview, followed by a one-to-one more in depth interview. The group interview had about 10 people involved and lasted about half an hour to 45 minutes. The one-to-one was about half an hour long.
