Group interview lots of talk about aldi and it's goals and commitments and very well explained. The pressures and physical demands of such a fast paced company.
Then go around table talking about yourself and skills etc it is drummed into you how physically demanding it is and they are telling the truth!!!!!!

Interview
They want you to stand in front of a mirror so that they can evaluate you before the interview. Then you are asked a series of questions about what you think the position is by the district manager. Afterwards a store manager takes you around the store and is especially interested in your reaction to being in the freezer.

Interview
Easy application. Waiting to hear back for a possible interview. Excited for the opportunity. Seems like a good place to work with good pay, benefits, and a culture. Seems like room for advancement as well.
