ITS A LONG HIRING PROCESS. The DM was easy to talk to and made me more comfortable. They were looking for honesty and a efficient worker. I did 3 different interviews. The first one was with the DM. Second was with the store manager. Third one was with the DM again.

The first interview was a group interview and pulled away separately with store manager to briefly discuss my experience. The second interview was one on one at the specific store I would be working at. They gave me a walk around of the store and explained my work load if I was hired.
