I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Bournemouth, England) in June 2017
Interview
I thought it was a 1-1 interview but was group. What do you know about Aldi. Choose a product from special and sell to us.
Then trial in store. I spent 3 hours tidying stock. Then offer of job
I applied through other source. I interviewed at ALDI (Dyersburg, TN) in May 2026
Interview
I will be contacted by a recruiter and a date will be set up and I may have a few interviews that may have more than one person and if I am right for the position they will ask when I would like to start after I do onboarding and a few other things
The interview process was a lot for a simple position. I think one interview is enough for this kind of position. I think two interviews waste people’s time. I also had to wait a while in line before I could talk to the manager
Sit down interview with the store manager and the district manager. Very normal interview questions. Dress professionally. Act like you care about the job and company. To really secure it mention that you're open to working in leadership/mgmt position in future.
