Interview
On-Campus Interview, then an Interview at a Regional HQ. The interview at the HQ was an entire day. Consisted of a warehouse tour, then 4 back to back interviews, a lunch and then a store tour.

What is your biggest weakness, What has been your biggest accomplishment, how do you communicate?
It went really well! I was surprised by their professionalism. I was feeling a lot of stress before but everything was great. And the interviewer gave me a lot of important information and pointers. That was really helpful.

Interview
This was a standard interview process. I was asked my strengths, weaknesses, etc. A big focal point was placed on how I respond to individuals or team members who are not motivated to work hard. I would assume this is because the role you are applying for is a leadership position.

The interview itself was pretty straight forward, normal behavioral interview. It felt like they already had decided who to hire before the interviews and just had them to confirm their decision.
