I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at ALDI (Center Valley, PA) in Sept 2019
Interview
I started off by searching glassdoor for position. I found one I liked, I applied and I waited. I received a text message a few days later stating I was selected for a group interview. I went to the group interview, watched a little video, was given some background information and then asked a few questions by the managers/team leads. I was told to keep an eye out in my email/text about the next steps. A day later I was emailed to come back for the warehouse tour and lifting assessment. I was given the opportunity to ask questions and was told again to watch email/text. That evening I received an email stating that they would like to bring me back for a final interview.

Question 1
What shift are you interested in?
Why do you want to work for Aldi?
Took me almost 3 hours, it could have been done way better and quicker. They filter all applicants on the spot instead of just invite those who qualified.
about 3-5 mins of interview, 1+ hours of waiting.
I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI in Jan 2026
Interview
I applied on their website and was contacted to move forward with an interview, which ended up being a hiring event. The person who interviewed me seemed impressed by my experience and said they would be in touch. I then was asked to come in for another interview which was with a smaller group, where they showed us the warehouse and asked us to do a few physical tasks. Even though I have years of warehouse experience, I did not receive an offer.
Fast. Liked the original group interview method which helped get through the process quickly. Praying I get the job! This would be a really great opportunity! Global retailer with great core values and a place in the community
