Interview
An open house interview that was an overall 30 minute experience. There were about 7 other candidates there. We went on a swift tour though out the store and learned a very surface level amount of their work flow. Later we were briefly interviewed independently with the stores manager and assistant manager. So we kind of had to wait in line for our turn at a 3-5 minute interview and we were told we would receive a follow up interview if 'you seemed like a good fit for their open position'.

- Can you tell us of the last time you went above and beyond at your last place of employment/ employment history?

Efficiently processed multiple applications by pulling one applicant at a time and asking them some details about themselves, their goals, and the job's details as well as the store's unique traits.

The district manager and store manager are gonna interview you. Not hard at all. But be prepared for the interview. Always do your research about the company. Job is kind of hard. But you will get used to it.
