I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI
Interview
You first get called by the DM to setup interview. You then have a in-person interview. If offered the job then a drug test. The whole hiring process takes about one or two weeks to complete. One of the best ways to get hired is if you go to an in-store hiring event where the DM is present.
I was invited to a group interview where we walked around the store and toured the backroom where products are loaded and stocked. This was followed by an individual interview with the store manager.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at ALDI (Bowling Green, OH) in Apr 2026
Interview
It was a basic one on one interview where the manager went over the basics of the job and I concurred I had experience in all of the shelve stocking and customer service aspects of the job from my time as a Produce clerk. It lasted about 10 minutes and then I was asked to leave.
