I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (London, England) in July 2015
Interview
The assessment procedures were:
1. Situational judgement test with video clips at Aldi's website
2. Online application submission
3. Online aptitude tests
4. Online video interview
5. Not invited to the next steps (assessment day)
The video interview had a number of questions beginning with the self introduction. The name 'interview' is misleading since it is really about recording your answers (30 sec) after reading each questions.
This was my first time experiencing this type of interview. I would much prefer Skype or some other medium allowing interactions with the interviewer.

I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI (Neston, Cheshire, North West England, England)
Interview
Really great and quick interview process from HR but I had a poor experience during final interview, it felt much more like an interrogation from the managing director and no feedback after this
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at ALDI (London, England) in Mar 2022
Interview
The assessment centre, tests your ability to work in the group and general understanding of aldis operations and products. the interview itself checks your intent, work ethic and how you align with the role. so be hard working determined and you got this!!
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ALDI (Darlington, North East England, England) in Sept 2021
Interview
Left waiting in the waiting area for over 25 minutes after my interview was meant to start , interview was then rushed through and was only asked 2-3 questions rather than the many that I’ve seen others say they were asked
