I did not manage to get through further into the round. Was tough for a low entry requirement job and required a specific set of skills rather than being open to anyone.

Question 1
What experience can you bring to improve the company?
Very easy interview process. I had a group interview and tour of the building. Then we did a one on one interview that lasted only a couple minutes to go over availability.
Questions were very peculiar,
“what is your interpretation of ALDI?”
“when you think if ALDI, what product comes to mind?”
“What is ALDI’s place in world”
Guy was nice but the questions were very unique.
