The interview and application process were a bit long. I received an invitation for my in-store interview about a month after I submitted the initial video interview and application. In the initial video interview, I was asked three questions and timed (asked about customer service experience).

Candidates are required to fill out an online application and submit it for review. If the candidate's application is accepted they will be invited to book an interview in the store they are applying to work in.
Unfortunately, it is widely reported that Aldi does not provide candidates with interview feedback - sadly, I experienced this myself.
