The First stage is a test, second stage an online interview which is more competency based and third is a in person which is less formal and questions are asked about you and your CV. Wasn’t difficult but that is subjective

Interview
The interview was three rounds, one with the HR phone call, then followed by a virtual behavioural interview with your direct leader and then a final one with a take-home presentation for 30min with a panel (including your future +1 and +2)
The video interview is quite annoying. You have to prepare or answer question in a rush. The candidate only has 30 sec to prepare and 60 sec to answer some questions, which have many sub-questions. I mean, I can read all the info in 15 sec, but 15 seconds are not enough for me to organise my thoughts, and 60 seconds are not enough to have a complete answer either.
very smooth interview process with the manager and director interview very close to each other (about 2 days between interviews). Received and Accepted offer in a very short turnaround time.
