Interview
I have passed the initial two stages of Aldi's Purchasing Analyst Role. The final interview included four members from different sub-branches of Aldi (e.g. Fresh, Operations, etc.). The team did not even pay attention to my background or even asked interesting questions. They had no idea about how to interview and what to ask people, instead they were only concerned about how the next one can solve their urgent issues which had already been caused due to the inadequate planning or poor communication. On the other hand, a guy only asked about my nationality without asking any questions before. I haven't seen such an irrespectful team before. I'm glad that I haven't been a part of that team.
