Lengthy multiple stage interview process which lacked organisation. Hiring manager did not offer any feedback or constructive criticisms after the fact despite requiring around 2 hours to complete the assigned task.

Create a work flow diagram for a hypothetical business
I got a call asking if I would be free for an interview the following day. Following this, I was asked if I would be free for a second interview, again the following day. This interview took around 2.5 hours to complete, including the exercises that were set (case study and documents) and I was told that I would be contacted in a couple of days however this never happened. It seems absurd to me that a company can demand 3.5 hours of your time in 2 days for various interview stages but can’t be bothered to contact you with the outcome, let alone with any feedback on the documents you produced as part of the case study. It would take a mere 2 minutes to send an email to inform the applicants of the outcome, shocking behaviour.
